Emmy winner听Savannah Sellers (Jour)听was recently announced as co-anchor of听NBC News'听Stay Tuned,听Snapchat鈥檚 first daily news show. Featuring current events and entertainment news, it will run every day at 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at 1 p.m. on weekends.听鈥淚t鈥檚 the first daily show of any kind on the platform,鈥 said听Nick Ascheim, senior vice president of digital at听NBC听News. 鈥淪nap has been very public that it wants to invent mobile television.鈥

After graduation, Catherine Marylander (Advert) moved to San Francisco and landed a position with GoPro. She is now the director of global social marketing, responsible for overseeing the strategy for organic social content worldwide. Marylander and her team have won awards for their social media content, all while traveling around the world looking for compelling stories and managing global teams. In her free time, she enjoys teaching yoga and spending time with her puppy, Bruna.

She has worked in media and publishing for several years and has served as a content strategist, online content director and editor of several magazines, including Adweek and Writer鈥檚 Digest.

After five years of NFL experience, Morgan now manages business relationships and contract assets. She spent most of her college years in CU鈥檚 Sports Information Office as a student assistant.

In October 2019, Catherine Bogart (Jour) joined the New Jersey Devils organization as an associate producer and host. She contributes to the content听team鈥檚 player interviews, community features and game coverage. Previously, Catherine worked for the Boston University men's ice hockey team as a rink-side and team reporter.

Lauren Lanier (Jour) is a digital sales strategist for Learfield, a sports marketing firm that manages multimedia media rights and sponsorship initiatives for more than 130 collegiate institutions nationwide. Lauren鈥檚 focus is on managing digital and social media markets for college programs in the Western region, including the Colorado Buffaloes. Before taking this position she was a communications coordinator for College Football Playoff.

Following graduation, Brock Anderson (Jour) began a series of postgraduate internships with NFL teams, serving as a media relations intern with the Denver Broncos in 2015, the Green Bay Packers in 2016 and the San Francisco 49ers for part of 2017. He then took a position with the newly relocated Los Angeles Chargers, where he serves as a football communications manager.

Miller Pierce (Comm)听moved to New York City following graduation. After a stint at听Vogue, she joined the social network Bumble as the content and special projects coordinator. In fall 2019, she moved to Austin, Texas, to work at Bumble's headquarters.听

Freelance journalist Gloria Dickie (MJour) recently received a National Geographic Early Career Explorer Grant to fund her reporting on human-bear conflict in northern and western India. She previously spent two years reporting on trash management and black bears in the American West for her master鈥檚 project in CMCI. Gloria has reported on bears from around the globe, including polar bears in Svalbard, Norway, grizzly bears in Yellowstone National Park and panda bears in the Min Mountains of China.听

In April,听Elizabeth Hernandez (Jour)听returned to Boulder to report on the university that taught her a thing or two about reporting. Prior to landing the听Boulder Daily Camera鈥檚 higher education job, Elizabeth dug deep as a fellow at the Center for Public Integrity, an investigative newsroom in Washington, D.C. Before that, she called the听Denver Post听home for two years, first as an intern and then as a staff reporter covering breaking news and education. When she鈥檚 not filling her reporter鈥檚 notebook, she enjoys reading and writing but detests arithmetic.
