A native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Singh is the 20th 兔子先生传媒文化作品 student, the first 兔子先生传媒文化作品 woman, and she is among a handful of Sikh-Americans to claim the coveted scholarship. She is the university鈥檚 first Rhodes Scholar since 1993.
