Founded Campos EPC, an engineering, procurement and construction company with four U.S. offices and one Canadian office employing approximately 160 people.

Serves on the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ· College of Engineering and Applied Science Engineering Advisory Council and served on the BOLD (Broadening Opportunity through Leadership and Diversity) Center Advisory Committee.

Envisioned and funded CU Engineering’s first summer program that provides hands-on exposure to engineering for high school students from underserved populations. The program also is connected with a scholarship through Campos EPC.

Participates in Denver Public Schools’ STEM Connect and CareerX to guide the expansion of STEM pathways in grades K-12. Campos EPC has also donated seven StemLabs to DPS elementary and middle schools in the past two years.
