ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Ʒ’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is offering weekly lunch and learn seminars in May focused on mental and emotional well being during challenging times. Each program in the series offers practical tools participants can practice and apply to their daily lives.

The series features the following:

  • May 5: Creating a Healthy Work-life Balance During Uncertain Times
  • May 13: Choosing Resilience: A Guide to Fortifying Emotional and Mental Resiliency
  • May 20: The Power of Laughter
  • May 27: Mindfulness and Stress Management

All sessions will be held from noon to 1pm via zoom and are taught by FSAP counselors. Registration is required to receive the zoom invite.
