Take HR's Anti-Racism Challenge

Through this anti-racism challenge sponsored by Human Resources, you will join other faculty and staff to learn about structural and behavioral norms that perpetuate systemic racial inequalities. Participants will be expected to review learning content in Canvas and participate in weekly debrief meetings. This is a self-paced and self-directed course. There is no cost to participant in this course.聽

Participants will be able to:聽聽

  • Build their anti-racism vocabulary.聽
  • Recognize personal obstacles to explore race and racism.聽
  • Recognize the social barriers and discrimination against people of color.聽
  • Recognize the costs and impact of racism to people of color.聽
