Greetings HR Community,Ìý
As you know, the HR Blueprint Project (HRBP) is underway, and part of the work we have done so far includes conducting the HR Practitioner Experience survey. The results of the survey have illuminated several areas where we need to lean in and ask more questions. This is where you come in. Ìý
We are inviting you to participate in the following opportunities:  Ìý
- HR Process Focus Group: HR Process Focus groups will be organized by topic and focus on key HR processes and ways of working. Ìý
- Culture Plan Feedback Session: Culture Plan Feedback sessions will focus on providing feedback on the HRBP Culture Working Group’s plan to support a more cohesive HR culture and community at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ·. Ìý
- HR must be part of your job responsibilities (in any capacity) to participate in any of these sessions.
- Focus Groups will be facilitated by C-Shift Consulting. Unit and Central HR practitioners will meet in separate groups and will not include Sr. HR leaders. All feedback shared will be kept confidential. Culture Plan Feedback Sessions will be mixed groups and will be facilitated by Culture Working Group members.
If you are interested in participating, please click the Expression of Interest (EOI) link below. There, you will find more information about these opportunities as well as the dates and times of the sessions. ÌýÌýÌý
