We want to let you know about two updates. They are unrelated, yet both important鈥攂ut didn鈥檛 want to clog up your email inbox with multiple messages.
One, Compensation FAQs are live. The direct link is /hr/employee-compensation-faqs-fy2023-2024 but can also be found on our HR website, /hr/compensation. If you have further questions after reviewing them, please reach out to Kym Calvo, your PMC consultant, the Provost鈥檚 office, and/or the campus Budget Office, depending on the nature of your inquiry.
Two, the performance management cycle is closing for university staff on June 30, 2023. A communication to supervisors will be sent out next week. A template will be provided so that supervisors (and you all) can modify it to best fit the needs of your units. Effective use of the performance management process provides an opportunity for your supervisors to check in, demonstrate support, keep employees engaged, and have meaningful and productive conversations.
