We want you to know we are ending our partnership with the WorkTango employee recognition platform.Ìý
This decision is based on the lack of campus-wide adoption and low utilization rates relative to the cost for the service. Unfortunately, the low utilization rate and lack of campus-wide adoption inhibited the program from being truly successful. Ultimately, it does not make fiscal sense for us to continue the WorkTango recognition program. Due to these factors, ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ· will no longer be in partnership with WorkTango.
The last day to utilize the WorkTango platform will be on June 19, 2023, at midnight, MT. We acknowledge this announcement may be a bit of a surprise, in addition to happening very quickly. We apologize for the immediacy and want to be sure your units can maximize their rewards in a timely manner.Ìý The following information is important for youÌýto maximize your rewards before time runs out.ÌýÌýÌý
- By June 5, 2023: deadline to send pointsÌýÌý
- By June 12, 2023: deadline toÌýredeem rewardsÌý
- By June 16, 2023: deadline to use the WorkTango platformÌý
- On June 19, 2023: WorkTango will be decommissioned and inaccessibleÌý

Employee engagement and employee recognition remains a priority for ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ·. As we sunset WorkTango, we encourage you to find other ways to engage and find community with your colleagues. Microsoft Teams, chat, or email are all ways to say and show recognition. Making time in department and unit level meetings to give accolades and thanks are also strategies to employ.ÌýÌýÌý
