Guidelines

All personnel from your lab, department or elsewhere who use the greenhouse must read and follow the Greenhouse Policy. Any assistants or student helpers are also required to read the guidelines and must make an appointment with the greenhouse director聽or assistant聽manager before they start working. Greenhouse privileges may be revoked. 聽

笔别蝉迟颈肠颈诲别蝉:听All plants in the greenhouses are subject to treatment with pesticides unless the researcher places obvious signs to the contrary on the research plants and informs the greenhouse manager.听Respect any signs on greenhouse doors that advise against entry.

Clean workspaces:聽Greenhouse user must clean up after working and to remove all personal belongings. Consoliate and label all materials for your lab.听Unlabeled beakers, markers, graduated cylinders, etc. not in a consolidated, labeled area may become the property of the greenhouse or be disposed.听Common-use areas, such as the Ramaley Greenhouse, require聽users work together to maintain a clean working environment.听Clogged floor drains can lead to water leaking into offices and labs.

Project date changes:聽Notify the greenhouse director when you start and terminate your project.听Space utilization is planned in advance, so please notify ASAP if a project is expected to run beyond its estimated duration.

Diseases and watering: Do not bring any diseased or arthropod-infested plants into the greenhouse. All research plants must be watered by researchers or their assistants.

Rates

University faculty, staff and students $8 / ft虏 / year.

Minimum amount $100 per billing cycle (two times per year).
