A recent article in the Denver Post highlightedÌýProfessorÌýand Department Chair Andy Cowell'sÌýlanguage-revitalizationÌýwork with the local Arapaho community. Also mentioned in the article were the contributions of graduate student Irina Wagner, who helpedÌýcreate an onlineÌýdictionary that includes "an English-Arapaho translator as well as links to more than 80,000 lines of Arapaho narratives to illustrate how a given word can be used in a sentence".
