CU Linguistics undergraduate award recipients publish research blogs
An initiative spearheaded by Prof. Kira Hall (Associate Chair ofÌýUndergraduate Studies), these undergraduate students were selected by faculty, GPTIs, and TAs for conducting an innovative research project in one of our linguistics courses. Work in introductory as well as advanced courses was considered for the award. We asked award winners to summarize their research project in a short blog post, available here.
This project was supported by theÌýASSETT Faculty Fellows Program. Special thanks go toÌýAmanda McAndrewÌý(ASSETT Sr. Teaching & Learning Consultant) andÌýAndy MartinÌý(Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, Director of ASSETT Fellowship Program), who made this project possible and provided valuable feedback. Special thanks also to Kevin Stowe, one of our Linguistics Ph.D. students, who designed the webpage that hosts the blogs.Ìý
We will be continuing this tradition in the years to come, so be on the lookout for additional blog posts each new semester!
Congratulations to all the winners!
