Enrollment Processing
- On Sept. 16, we canceled the waitlists for full-semester sessions B. To request a snapshot of students who were still on the waitlist, email the CU-SIS development team.
- Following what we've done in previous semesters, we'll be running the PERC process in batch for summer and fall according to the schedule below.
- On Wednesday, Feb. 14, the summer shopping cart will become available, assigned summer enrollment dates will post, and our office will send a registration e-memo to continuing students.
- On Monday, Feb. 5, we canceled (a.k.a., purged) the waitlists for Spring 2024 Main Campus Boulder full-semester (Session B) classes. To request a snapshot of the students who were still on a class waitlist when it was canceled, email cusisdev@colorado.edu.
- The post-enrollment requirement checking (PERC) process will run in batch for spring according to the schedule below.
- Our Enrollment & Records Services team currently has no new admin trainings planned for Summer 2023. If your department has new staff starting this summer, they can view our new admin training video and general enrollment guides (
- It is important that faculty, advisors and students are aware of how student enrollments in ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Ʒ’s intersessions are assigned and handled in term processing. We appreciate your help advising students accordingly!
- If you process any Spring 2023 major, minor or subplan changes after Spring 2023 classes start, please be sure to set the effective date as the first day of classes.
- If you add an undergraduate student to a class after Friday, Sept. 9(census), please remember to ask them whether they're receiving COF. If they are, submit our late-add survey by Dec. 9 to document the reasons for the late add.
- If you process any Fall 2022 major, minor or subplan changes after Fall 2022 classes start, please be sure to set the effective date as the first day of classes.
