Free Mental Health Hotline and Counseling Sessions for CU Staff
Nationwide, and here at home, demand for counseling services is increasing. ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ· has responded with a commitment to provide free and confidential mental health services to all staff, Ìý24/7. Most people would not hesitate to seek assistance for a sprain or fracture, but some are reluctant to seek help with emotional stress. To seek assistance, dial (833) 533-CHAT (2428) for immediate crisis counseling or assistance finding long-term resources. The Faculty Staff Assistance Program is also available to all CU staff.
