Speaker Series: Make a Difference on Staff Council

Are you ready to make a real difference on campus? Then become a Boulder Staff Council Representative!

We are for 2020-2021 Staff Council (through Friday, February 14th) and are excited to have the opportunity to let you know what we do, how to get elected, and what to expect once you join.

Benefits of serving on SC include:

  • Professional development
  • Networking with staff and administration from all over the University
  • Opportunities to make a real impact on the lives of over 4,000 staff
  • Gaining a better understanding of University functions, benefits, and organization

Past accomplishments of Staff Council include:

  • Implemented the Employee Assistance Program, now known as FSAP
  • Advocated for Paid Parental Leave access to all University and Classified staff
  • Started the Employee of the Month award, which has become the Chancellor’s Employee of the Year award.

Join us for a brief presentation and Q&A where we will answer all of your questions about our wonderful representative body.
