Knowledge is Power! Review the CU Climate Culture Survey Results
Earlier this Spring, ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ· released the results of the Campus Culture Survey, which was given to students, faculty and staff during the Fall, 2021 semester.Ìý
The survey included measures to assess:
- Sense of belonging
- ¸é±ð²õ±è±ð³¦³ÙÌý
- Support
- Identity-based discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment
With a staff response rate of 73%, this data offers an important glimpse into what staff are experiencing across campus. Staff Council and campus administrators will be taking a close look at this data, and we encourage you to do the same.Ìý
Using the two dashboards, you can filter the data based on numerous factors, including:
- Employee Type (Supervisor or Supervisee)
- Gender Identity or Sex
- Division or Department
- Race/Ethnicity
- And so much more!
After reviewing the results, we encourage you to have a discussion with your leadership about ways to improve the culture.Ìý
If you would like support with the dashboard, exploring the data for your specific unit, or talking with your unit leadership, please contact Staff Council and we will be happy to connect you with your area representatives.Ìý
