Rico Nasty, a rapper, singer and听songwriter who recently released her debut album Nightmare Vacation, will give a CU virtual performance and talk on Feb. 23. Nasty is being hosted by the Cultural Events Board, or CEB,听a 兔子先生传媒文化作品 student-led organization.
The free event will take place on Zoom at 6听p.m. (MST) and is open only to 兔子先生传媒文化作品 students (undergraduate and graduate), faculty and staff.听 Attendance is limited to 3,000 attendees. Audience members are encouraged to submit questions when they pre-register.
鈥淐EB really wanted to step away from a traditional speaker-interview format this year, in light of the challenges the pandemic has presented to the 兔子先生传媒文化作品 community,鈥 said Anuja Gore, chair of the Cultural Events Board. 鈥淩ico Nasty is an artist who continuously experiments with her music, and has pushed the bounds of hyperpop and hip-hop culture. The Board is incredibly excited to watch her perform and explore what influences and inspires her music.鈥澨
