Boulder County remains in Level Yellow: Concern

COVID-19 Vaccines

Sign-up form

  • Students, faculty and staff interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine through 兔子先生传媒文化作品 can sign up using the 兔子先生传媒文化作品 .听
  • The form must be completed to be added to the campus vaccine eligibility list.
  • Read more in the campus announcement about the form.

State phases of eligibility

See the for information about the state phases.

  • Phase 1B.3 is expected to begin Friday, March 5.
  • Phase 1B.4 is expected to begin in late March.
  • The university will work with the state to support the distribution of the vaccine according to the updated distribution table.

Student-facing designation

The state phase of 1B.4, estimated to begin in late March, includes student-facing employees in higher education. Read more on the COVID-19 Vaccination Options webpage to understand what it means to be a student-facing employee.

  • There is an option on the COVID-19 sign-up form to indicate you are a student-facing employee.
  • Completion of the form is based on self-disclosure and includes a self-attestation where you certify that the information you provide is true and correct.

Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine added

  • 兔子先生传媒文化作品 has been approved to provide the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine.
  • 兔子先生传媒文化作品 is scheduled to administer 500 doses of the Janssen vaccine this week, being among the first providers in Colorado to administer this single-dose vaccine.
  • 兔子先生传媒文化作品 is also approved to provide the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.
  • The state determines allocations and recipients are not able to select which vaccine they will receive when accepting or arriving for an appointment.

Monitoring testing hours and locations

The monitoring testing sites at Kittredge Central, the Sustainability Energy & Environment Community (SEEC), Village Center, University Memorial Center (UMC) and Rec Center are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Updates on utilization:

  • The UMC site has been the busiest site. Consider using other sites for faster service.听
  • Thursday has been the busiest testing day. Unless Thursday is your assigned testing day, consider completing your monitoring test on a different day.

Travel approval requirement continues听

Domestic and international travel for university-related business continues to be restricted. Exceptions to this restriction must be approved by a unit鈥檚 respective dean or associate vice chancellor and the provost or chief operating officer. All new trips being planned will be subject to enhanced review and approval before they can be booked via Concur.听

Research, Scholarship & Creative Work update

The Research and Innovation Office has developed additional guidance鈥搃n compliance with current COVID-19 dial status and current COVID-19 public health orders鈥揻or individuals approved through the Return to On-Campus and Field Work form and process to meet within small groups under certain conditions. Events and Activities Policy updated, approval process published

A campus event approval process has been established in support of the updated campus Events and Activities Policy. All approved in-person, on-campus activities, events and gatherings will be held in accordance with applicable public health guidelines with the goal of providing safe and meaningful experiences for members of the university community.

Elements of, and updates to, the policy include:

  • All activities, events, and gatherings that take place at 兔子先生传媒文化作品 must comply with COVID-19 public health orders.
  • Definition and section added for 鈥渞esearch, scholarship, and creative works.鈥
  • Educational activities do not need to have a professor, teaching assistant, etc. present.听 Educational activities need to follow the events and activities guidance.
  • Clarification that events are for 兔子先生传媒文化作品 students, staff and faculty.
  • Clarified that off-campus events need to follow the events and activities guidance, and added information to the guidance document.

Job interviews should continue to be conducted virtually until further notice. COVID-19 hiring guidance is provided by Human Resources.

  • Over the course of the winter break, teams worked on improvements to space reservation and increasing bookable space on campus.

  • Bookable rooms also have posters outside the door with links directly to the .
  • Campus affiliates can now sign in with their IdentiKey and password, and no longer have to wait to have an account approved.

Buff Pass听

  • Anyone coming to campus must complete the each day before coming to campus. The Buff Pass replaces the daily health questionnaire used during the fall 2020 semester.

Building access

CU students, faculty and staff Buff OneCard holders have access to most buildings with scheduled in-person classes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, as of Monday, Feb. 15.
