The campus community is invited to participate in five public forums with the finalists for the dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Science position on April 5, April 7, April 11, April 13 and April 18.

All public forums will be conducted virtually via Zoom, and registration is required. The five finalists will also each meet in sessions with College of Engineering and Applied Science constituents, which include undergraduate and graduate students; faculty; staff; BOLD staff and Inclusive Culture Council; advancement personnel; associate deans; department chairs and program directors; advisory council and board members; and Moore.
Following each campus forum, participants will have the opportunity to submit formal input for each finalist via a web survey received at the forums or via the search committee webpage. Additional feedback on the finalists is also welcome by email to vcaa@colorado.edu from April 5 through April 24.
Moore will review all feedback and is expected to invite the top candidates for additional interviews with campus leadership. His goal is to name a new dean by early summer.
The dean serves as the chief academic and administrative officer of the college and works with CEAS stakeholders, including donors and partners in industry, to articulate and achieve the college鈥檚 and the university鈥檚 strategic mission and goals. The position reports directly to the provost and also is part of 兔子先生传媒文化作品鈥檚 leadership team.
