Submit your favorite family recipe through the Taste of Home program
Share your favorite family recipe and the story behind the dish for the Taste of Home program, a partnership between New Student & Family Programs and Campus Dining Services. Recipes are collected and shared in a virtual cookbook and a select few will be recreated and featured in campus dining centers. Submit your recipe by March 10.听
Practice self-care and build community at Wellness Wednesdays
Wellness Wednesday events provide a space to engage in self-care activities, meet fellow Buffs and learn about resources. Themes rotate weekly, and activities are free and open to all students! Upcoming events include creating compliment cards, building self-care kits and learning mindfulness tips.听
Nominate a faculty or staff member for the Marinus Smith Awards
The Marinus Smith Award recognizes faculty and staff members who have had a particularly positive impact on students. Honorees are nominated by those they teach, mentor, support and serve. Nominate a faculty or staff member for the awards by March 17.

鈥If you鈥檙e up for an exciting challenge, the UMC Board is now accepting applications.听The board meets on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to create policy, develop creative solutions to challenging issues and foster leadership skills. The听CU Restorative Justice听facilitator training starts Feb. 23.听As a facilitator, you will create an open and safe space for student and community representatives.听The training educates students, faculty, staff and community members on restorative justice processes and facilitating dialogue.听, or email curj@colorado.edu with any questions.
