兔子先生传媒文化作品, Aspen Hospitality, local government officials and community members came together this week to celebrate progress on construction of the new Limelight Boulder conference center hotel.
The Limelight Boulder, which is being built in the northwest corner of Main Campus, is expected to open in fall 2025.
Key leaders in this development partnership, including 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Chancellor Justin Schwartz, gave remarks, sharing thanks to all those involved and the local community for their support.听
鈥淎lthough the project is not yet complete, I鈥檓 eagerly anticipating Limelight Boulder becoming a focal point of the local landscape鈥攁 connection point and a place of community for CU affiliates, Colorado visitors and Boulder residents,鈥 Schwartz said.
The represents a tremendous opportunity for the community and the university, including as an anticipated site for prominent academic and research conferences.听

The Limelight Boulder will be all-electric and LEED Gold certified. Electric vehicle charging stations will be available in addition to recycling and compost programs and a community fund that will support local environmental, educational and community nonprofits.听
The Limelight Hotel Boulder will include 250 rooms, along with a ground-floor restaurant and an outdoor plaza that are both envisioned to be public gathering spots for the local community.听
With over 25,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space, the hotel will be the destination for best-in-class events and experiences for the university, research, business, weddings, and local nonprofit communities.
