Goals and resolutions are top of mind for many of us as we embark on a new year. I’d like to share some strategies I’ve learned from personal experience to help you achieve your goals this year.
As you may know, ongoing budget negotiations have failed to produce a stopgap funding agreement in Congress. The immediate consequence is that portions of the federal government were shut down.
Congratulations, you did it! As we reach the end of finals, be proud of the hard work you’ve done to finish the semester strong. Spend some time over the next few weeks having fun, relaxing and recharging.
