Dear staff and faculty,
We鈥檙e writing to request your participation in 兔子先生传媒文化作品鈥檚 2023 Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey to help inform our ongoing efforts to improve the campus experience for all faculty and staff. The survey will be open April 10-21.
Why:
Employee recruitment, retention and overall well-being are major priorities for our university. The engagement survey helps us gauge how we are doing. Previous surveys were conducted in 2017 and 2020. The anonymous insights you provide will help us better understand what is and isn鈥檛 working, and they will inform initiatives and strategies we employ going forward. Because this will be the first time that we鈥檝e administered a survey of this type since the pandemic, this information will help us to more fully understand and respond to a changed working environment. We鈥檙e committed to using the results to grow upon the successes that we identify and address the opportunities where we must improve.
Taking the survey:
- Dates: April 10-21
- Time commitment: 10 minutes
- How to take it: Online survey via phone, tablet or computer.
