    In what may be a first-ever exhaustive study of intercollegiate student-athletes, a team of ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ· researchers will gauge not only fitness but also general well-being among participants. Funded by a grant from the Pac-12 Conference, ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ·'s Public Health Program, the Integrative Physiology Department, Sports Medicine, Psychology and Neuroscience and others will collaborate, examining such aspects as how quickly student-athletes acclimate to Boulder's altitude and how healthy their sleep patterns are, for example.
