The Inclusive Community of Practice (ICoP) is a supportive network for equity-minded educators and professionals at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú´«Ã½ÎÄ»¯×÷Æ·. It’s a space to connect, learn, and share strategies for fostering inclusivity and social justice in classrooms and beyond.


What is ICoP?

ICoP operates as a Community of Practice (CoP)—a group of individuals united by a common passion and shared goals. Focused on equity and inclusivity, ICoP provides an opportunity to:

  • Share Best Practices – Exchange ideas and proven strategies to foster diverse and inclusive learning environments.
  • Explore Critical Topics – Dive into discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and social justice.
  • Collaborate on Solutions – Design and implement innovative approaches to enhance human connection and belonging in educational spaces.
