The Office of Contracts and Grants offers听self-paced eCourses to provide 兔子先生传媒文化作品 faculty and staff with a听foundational understanding of research administration. All eCourses can be accessed in SkillSoft Percipio by any 兔子先生传媒文化作品 staff member at any time.听

OCG eCourses Recently Moved from Canvas to SkillSoft Percipio

The University of Colorado updated its online learning platform to SkillSoft鈥檚 Percipio interface in October 2024. In step with this software change, OCG has relocated OCG online training content into this platform and is retiring its use of the Canvas Course 鈥淥CG eCourses.鈥 All CU employees will now access OCG online trainings through SkillSoft Percipio.

*Note for department supervisors: Be sure to make this change in your onboarding materials if this is included in your new hire training requirements!

  • SkillSoft Percipio training data integrates with CU鈥檚 HCM system, automatically reflecting training completions and data in an individual鈥檚 university profile
  • SkillSoft Percipio has a more sophisticated reporting system to assist with data management
  • SkillSoft Percipio is the official Learning Management System for the University of Colorado, and moving content to this platform is an effort to centralize access points for training (you will also find CCO-RFS and RIO trainings here)
  1. Click on the direct link for the course you would like to complete (see Access Course links below).
  2. You will be prompted to enter your identikey credentials, then redirected to the selected course in SkillSoft Percipio.
  3. Click Launch to begin the training.
  4. Your progress will be saved if you are unable to complete the course in one sitting.
  5. When you complete the course quiz, your completion will be automatically saved to your learning profile.
  6. How do you access your learning profile in SkillSoft Percipio? Click on your initials in the upper right corner of the window > My Learning > Accomplishments: Completion Certificates

(Formerly named DRA Essentials) Feeling lost when you need to assist on听sponsored project tasks? New to CU and wondering how to approach research administration for your department? This self-paced eCourse for new department research administrators is hosted by the Office of Contracts and Grants and the Campus Controller鈥檚 Office and covers pre-award administration, post-award administration and financial management as it relates to sponsored projects. This eCourse focuses on the unique role of a DRA and provides case studies and interactive learning to apply the concepts covered in the eCourse.听

eCourse | Sponsored Project Property

This eCourse is intended for all campus staff who assist with sponsored project property administration and management.

Is your department acquiring or managing sponsored project property? Are you looking to develop a toolkit of property resources to rely on when you need it? This self-paced eCourse, hosted by the Office of Contracts and Grants, covers administrative topics throughout the lifecycle of sponsored project property and provides participants with the context and resources needed to be responsible stewards of sponsored project property. In each lesson, participants will have the opportunity to bookmark resources and apply the concepts covered in this eCourse by engaging in interactive scenarios and activities.听

eCourse | eRA InfoEd Training

This eCourse is intended for all staff who use eRA InfoEd to view sponsored project records.

Looking for comprehensive eRA InfoEd training? This self-paced eCourse will cover everything you need to know about using eRA InfoEd at 兔子先生传媒文化作品. In addition to establishing a baseline knowledge of how to search for and navigate records in InfoEd, this eCourse also provides tutorials to find specific sponsored project information, such as property records and subaward statuses.听
